At Korea Cosmetics BN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your K-beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and have all safety seals intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Code.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit and ship them to our designated returns center using a tracked mailing service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
