Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by location, generally ranging from 10-21 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Do you provide samples with orders?

We love sharing new favorites! We include complimentary K-beauty samples with every order, subject to availability, so you can discover your next holy grail product.

How can I check the expiration date of my product?
